Refunds/replacements apply for defective, damaged, or not-as-described items, per shop policy. We activate the refund as soon as the returned product reaches us, and the money will be returned to the customer's account within 48 hours. Holidays will not be counted.Return If a product is not to your liking after it is delivered to the customer, you must return it within two days. If this is not done, the return button will automatically be hidden after two days. The customer will no longer be able to return it and the company will not be responsible in any way.
Shops must disclose delivery timelines and notify buyers of delays or stock issues. We do not have our own delivery company yet. We deliver products to customers through Indian Postal and other couriers, which makes it possible to reach the customer.
Payments may include gateway charges/commission. Failed transactions are not the company’s liability.
Data may be retained to comply with law; inactive accounts may be removed after 12 months.
No harassment, abusive content, fake reviews, or misleading listings. Violators may be banned.

We can mediate disputes between buyers and shops; unresolved matters may proceed under Indian law.
Accounts may be terminated for policy breaches; terminated shops lose access immediately.
