Welcome to Micart.in. Please read these policies carefully before using our platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these terms.

  • Micart.in provides an online platform for selling and buying products.
  • The company is not directly involved in transactions; contracts are between the Buyer and the Shop Owner.

  • For product-related questions, contact the shop owner directly using their provided contact number or email.
  • The company is not responsible for product quality, delivery, warranty, or after-sales service offered by shops.

  • We help small shop owners list and sell their products online.
  • Subscription fee: ₹1/month.

  • Proven fraud leads to permanent shop ban.

  • Shops are verified by site visit or online video call before activation.

  • Fraud by a shop results in a fine of double the fraud amount.
  • Refund to customer must be processed; shop account is permanently closed.

  • Complaints must include valid proof (invoice, call recording, screenshots, etc.).
  • False claims or misuse may lead to account block.

  • Handled directly by shop owners; check individual shop policies before purchase.

  • All users must follow applicable Indian laws and regulations.

  • Personal data is used only to provide services. We do not sell your data.

  • We may suspend/terminate accounts for policy violations or illegal activity.

  • Shops must only upload content they own or are licensed to use. No infringement allowed.

  • No unauthorized external ads/links in listings. Promotions only for verified shops.

  • Fees (monthly/quarterly/yearly) must be paid before expiry. Non-renewed shops become Inactive.

  • We monitor suspicious activity and may report to cybercrime authorities when required.

  • We provide a platform only and are not liable for quality, delivery delays, damages, or losses.

  • Shops must comply with GST, taxation, and e-commerce regulations.

  • Typical response time: 24–48 hours (business days).

  • Keep credentials secure. The company is not responsible for misuse due to weak or shared passwords.

  • No liability for events beyond reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, outages).

  • Refunds/replacements apply for defective, damaged, or not-as-described items, per shop policy. We activate the refund as soon as the returned product reaches us, and the money will be returned to the customer's account within 48 hours. Holidays will not be counted.Return If a product is not to your liking after it is delivered to the customer, you must return it within two days. If this is not done, the return button will automatically be hidden after two days. The customer will no longer be able to return it and the company will not be responsible in any way.

  • Shops must disclose delivery timelines and notify buyers of delays or stock issues. We do not have our own delivery company yet. We deliver products to customers through Indian Postal and other couriers, which makes it possible to reach the customer.

  • Payments may include gateway charges/commission. Failed transactions are not the company’s liability.

  • Data may be retained to comply with law; inactive accounts may be removed after 12 months.

  • No harassment, abusive content, fake reviews, or misleading listings. Violators may be banned.

  • We use cookies to improve experience. Personal data is used for account, orders, and communication.

  • We can mediate disputes between buyers and shops; unresolved matters may proceed under Indian law.

  • Accounts may be terminated for policy breaches; terminated shops lose access immediately.
